New features & Improvements

• As an employer, I now receive a “Create Project” button in my sign-up email.
• As an employer, I am now prompted to create new projects with an initial prompt as opposed to wholly from scratch.
• As an employer, when creating a project, an automatic quality evaluation is conducted based on the content of my project. If the quality is high, the project creation can continue. If the quality is low, changes will need to be made before moving forward.
