New features & Improvements
- As a portal admin, I can now add resources that will be applied to all experiences within my portal.
- As an experience administrator, you can now add notes to teams.
- As an experience administrator, you can now set surveys to be required for each individual learner in a team to complete.

Bug fixes
- Learners no longer receive milestone completion notifications for cancelled projects under the "Tasks" section.
- The "Teams" section on the experience page now correctly shows the number of active and cancelled teams, avoiding any visual confusion.
- As an employer, I no longer receive an error message when trying to view all recent matches.
